IMPORTANT NOTICE:
Please visit whatismyIP.com and confirm your IP address. If you have a 12.??.??.?? number then you need to do the following steps.

1. Hold in the reset button for 10 seconds on your router, then release (NOTE: by doing this it is setting your router back to default so any special settings that you had will be removed)

2. Unplug the power adapter cord for 3 seconds and then plug back in.

3. Wait for the power to come back up and then you should be able to get back online.

4. Call the office at 812-752-7204 so we can confirm that you have completed the process and so that we can get the rest of the information from you.
